• Your first name and email address, which are required.
• Your recruitment specialism, if you choose to share it.
• Whether you ticked the optional weekly brief checkbox, and if so when, and the wording you agreed to.
• When you first submitted the form, when you last submitted it, and how many times.
• Campaign tags in the link you arrived through, and the referring website address if your browser sends one.

Your details are used to give you access to the skill downloads and to send the thank-you email you asked for, which contains a link back to your downloads. Specialism and campaign tags help me understand who the skills are useful for.

After you submit the form, one email is sent with a link back to the downloads, whether or not you tick the weekly brief box. It is sent through Resend, an email delivery service, which receives your first name and email address to deliver it. The link works on any device for 7 days. I keep a record of whether the email was accepted, delivered, delayed or bounced. You can ask for the email again from the download page, with a limit on how often. This email does not subscribe you to anything.

Downloading the skills does not depend on the weekly Creo AI brief. The checkbox is unticked by default, and your choice is recorded separately from your download access. Leaving it unticked on a later visit does not change an earlier choice.

At the moment the site only records that preference. It is not connected to Kit or any other newsletter tool, and no weekly brief is sent from this site.

When your details are saved, the site sets one cookie containing a random access token. Page scripts cannot read it. The server checks it before issuing a download link, and it expires after 72 hours. Download links themselves last 5 minutes and can be renewed while your access is valid. The site also remembers your light or dark theme choice in your browser. There are no advertising cookies.

Access records that the form was completed. It does not verify that you own the email address.

I record a small number of events: form started, form completed, download requested, installation guide viewed and Recruiter AIOS link clicked, with the skill involved where relevant. These records contain no names, email addresses, IP addresses or cookie identifiers, and are not linked to your lead record. There is no third-party advertising or analytics tracking on this site. To limit repeated signups, a one-way scrambled form of your connection address is kept for up to one day.

The website is hosted by Lovable. Lead records, access records, email delivery records and the skill files are stored in the site's managed backend, Lovable Cloud, which runs on Supabase. Emails are delivered by Resend. Lead records are not publicly readable, and skill files are stored privately and released only through short-lived links after an access check.

Your lead record is kept for 12 months from your signup, or from the last time you submitted the form again. Internal updates, email delivery reports and page views do not extend this. After that, a daily automatic job deletes the lead record together with its consent record, access records, return links and email delivery records.

Expired access passes and return links are deleted about 7 days after they expire, even if your lead record is still kept.

Hosting, backend and email providers may keep their own system logs and backups for their own periods, so deleted data can remain there for a limited time before it is overwritten. I cannot promise immediate deletion from those provider systems.

Email taps@creosystems.io to ask for a copy of your details, to correct them, to have them deleted, or to withdraw your weekly brief consent. Withdrawing consent does not affect your download access.
