What an AI skill is

A skill is a set of written instructions you install once in your AI assistant. It tells the assistant how to handle one recruitment task: what to ask you for, what good output looks like and what to leave out.

Instead of retyping a long prompt every time, you install the skill and then ask for the task in a sentence. The structure is already there, so the output is consistent between candidates, roles and days of the week.

Questions

What does the skill actually do on my desk?
Each skill handles one recruitment task, such as turning a job spec into an advert or planning your day. You give it the inputs it asks for and it returns a consistent output you can review and edit.
Do I need to be technical?
No. Each skill comes with numbered installation steps, the inputs it expects and an example request you can copy.
Do I have to subscribe to anything?
No. The skills are free to download after the form. The weekly brief is a separate, optional checkbox.
Which AI tool do these work in?
They are Claude skills, uploaded in Claude under Customize > Skills. Skills work on Claude Free, Pro, Max, Team and Enterprise plans with code execution switched on. They are not built for ChatGPT or other tools.
Can I come back later?
Yes. Download access lasts 72 hours. If it expires, submit the form again with the same email address and you get fresh access.

Want this set up around your desk?

The free skills are single tools. A Recruiter AIOS is the whole setup: I work through your recruitment workflows, the context you rely on and the tools you already use, then configure the AI skills, prompts and handoffs around them so the system fits how you actually work.
